How these bonus terms apply

These terms apply to bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, prize promotions and other incentives made available through your account with us. A particular promotion may have additional terms. Those terms will be shown when the offer is displayed, claimed or credited.

By claiming or using a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and any specific conditions for that offer. If there is a difference between these general terms and the specific terms shown for a promotion, the specific terms apply to that promotion.

We may change, suspend or withdraw an offer where this is reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected misuse, a technical problem, a change in law or a risk to the fair operation of the promotion. A change will not remove rights that have already been properly earned, unless we are required to do so by law or because the offer was used improperly.

Eligibility and claiming a bonus

Offers may be available only to selected customers, new customers, existing customers, customers who have made an eligible deposit, or customers who receive an offer directly in their account. Unless the specific promotion says otherwise, an offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Deposits, bonus funds and wagering requirements

A deposit bonus is normally credited only after an eligible deposit has been received and any required opt-in has been completed. The qualifying deposit, minimum amount, bonus value and maximum bonus amount will be shown with the offer. A deposit made using a payment method that is not accepted for the promotion may not qualify.

Bonus funds are separate from your deposited funds until the applicable conditions have been met. When you play, the system may use real-money funds before bonus funds, or apply another order shown in the promotion. Where wagering is required, you must stake the stated qualifying amount before the bonus or related winnings become withdrawable. Any stake above a stated maximum, or any play on an excluded game or market, may breach the promotion terms. Where a breach affects the offer, we may remove the bonus and winnings connected with it. Your deposited funds will not be treated as bonus funds merely because a promotional balance was present.

Expiry, withdrawals and cancelled bonuses

Each promotion may have an expiry period. The expiry date or remaining time will be shown with the offer or in your account. Any unused bonus, unfinished wagering progress and winnings that are still subject to the bonus may be cancelled when the promotion expires.

A withdrawal request may cancel an active bonus or any remaining bonus balance. The effect of a withdrawal will depend on the promotion and will be shown in the applicable terms or account information. We may also cancel an offer if your account is closed, suspended or placed under restriction.

Bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum cash-out amount, a withdrawal limit or another condition shown with the offer. We will not apply a condition that is not stated for the promotion. Before requesting a withdrawal, you should look at the bonus information in your account so that you understand the remaining conditions.

If a bonus is credited in error, we may correct the balance and cancel the mistaken credit. If you have already used an incorrect credit, we may make a reasonable adjustment to restore the position that would have applied without the error.

Fair use, prohibited activity and account checks

We may investigate activity that appears designed to obtain a bonus without genuine play, avoid the stated conditions or create an unfair advantage. This can include coordinated play, abuse of payment methods, account duplication, automated play, exploiting a technical fault or deliberately changing play patterns to meet a promotion condition.

We may pause a bonus while we carry out account, payment or safer gambling checks. If we find that a promotion was obtained or used improperly, we may cancel the bonus, void affected play and restrict access to future promotions. Any action will be taken in line with our general terms and applicable requirements.
